1. About us The Mobile Application is an interactive online platform to help you search, discover and share your best qualities, interests and tastes with other people, which is offered to guests and Registered Users on mobile applications («Platform»).

2. Acceptance of the terms The Mobile Application («Mobile Application») is managed by DaBombApps. The use of this Mobile Application is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By accessing, registering or using the Mobile Application, you:
- You acknowledge that you are over sixteen (16) years of age; and
- You agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, please exit this Mobile Application and do not access it in any way.

4. DaBombApps grant

5. Your guarantees and obligations
5.1 You accept:
- comply with these Terms and Conditions, together with all applicable laws and regulations;
- comply with any other policy published by DaBombApps;
- use this Mobile Application in good faith.
5.2 Must not:
- publish or send any material, or do anything that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory or threatening, or that infringes any advertising, privacy or other rights of third parties;
- reproduce, distribute, retransmit, upload, republish or incriminate any information or material in this application for any purpose other than the shared use of the tools integrated in the Mobile Application;
- upload or publish content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- publish commercial advertisements or promotional material without the consent of DaBombApps;
- cause unnecessary discomfort, inconvenience or anxiety to others;
- use this Mobile Application in order to harm or try to harm others in any way;
- collect information from other Registered Users;
- interrupt, modify, reverse engineer, interfere, upload, retransmit or copy the design of the Website, the Platform, the Mobile Application or any associated software or computer code and / or the servers in any way;

DaBombApps has community specialists who currently control some of the activity in the interactive services, however DaBombApps has no obligation to monitor, control or moderate any provided interactive services. Also, DaBombApps assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage derived from the use of any interactive service by a Registered User or guest in violation of our content standards, whether the service is moderate or not. The use of any of our interactive services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parents or guardians. Parents who allow their children to use an interactive service are advised to inform their children about their online safety , since moderation is not infallible. Minors who use an interactive service should be aware of the potential risks that exist. When DaBombApps moderates an interactive service, you will be provided with a means to contact the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.

7. Communication standards
These communication standards apply to each and every communication you contribute to in this Mobile Application (Contributions) and to any interactive services associated with them. 7.1 Contributions must:

12.2. Subscription to this Mobile Application VIP Membership will include the following features: ads removal.
12.3. Our users who subscribed this Mobile Application VIP Membership are eligible to use advanced features and materials which updated regularly. These are FREE for them.

13. Suspension and cancellation
Failure to comply with any of these general conditions constitutes a significant infringement and may result in us taking all or some of the following actions:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use this Mobile Application;
- issue a warning to you;
- legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all expenses for compensation resulting from the infringement; or
- more legal actions against you; and / or
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities if reasonably deemed necessary. DaBombApps will consider any determination of noncompliance at its sole discretion.

17. Indemnification
At all times, you will indemnify and hold DaBombApps and its respective officers, employees and agents harmless against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liability incurred by any of the indemnity arising out of any claim , lawsuit, lawsuit, action or legal process against any person compensated in the event of loss or responsibility derived from their use of this Mobile Application or that is related to it, as well as for any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
